Avellia Subscription Membership Policy
This Subscription & Membership Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms for all recurring memberships and subscription services offered by Avellia. By enrolling in any subscription or membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Billing & Payments
Avellia memberships and subscriptions renew automatically based on the plan you select (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
Your payment information is stored securely, and charges will process automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless you have prepaid.
Certain subscription plans may renew automatically once their selected duration ends.
2. Renewal Reminders
We’ll send you an email reminder 2 days before your renewal date to the address provided at checkout.
Unless canceled beforehand, your membership will renew at the current subscription rate.
3. Cancellations & Changes
You may update or cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted before your upcoming billing date.
You can manage your subscription through the link included in your confirmation emails.
You may also request changes or cancellation by contacting our support team at support@avellia.co.
Once canceled, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
4. Refunds
Because our products and membership materials are digital, all subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
Refund exceptions may be issued only in cases of duplicate charges, technical errors, or where legally required.
5. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
Upgrading your membership can be done at any time. Any price adjustments will be reflected immediately, and upgraded access will begin right away.
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment doesn’t process, our system will automatically retry.
If payment remains unsuccessful after several attempts, your membership may be paused until your billing information is updated.
7. Pricing Updates
Avellia may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and updated pricing will apply to future billing cycles.
8. Membership Access & Usage
Your Avellia membership is for personal use only and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold.
Avellia reserves the right to suspend or revoke access if misuse or violations of this Policy occur.
